BIKUBOO includes tools intended to make ride pooling safer, including ride OTP verification, safety reports, emergency contacts, blocking and SOS functionality.

Emergency: BIKUBOO is not an emergency-response service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical/police assistance in India, contact the appropriate emergency service, including 112 where applicable.

Before a ride

Check the driver's/passenger's profile and ride details.
Confirm the vehicle and pickup point before entering the vehicle.
Share trip details with a trusted person when appropriate.
Do not ride with someone who appears impaired, threatening or unsafe.

During a ride

Use the BIKUBOO OTP/start flow where provided.
Keep your phone charged and accessible.
Follow applicable traffic and seat-belt/helmet requirements.
Use SOS or report tools if you need platform assistance, but contact emergency services first for immediate danger.

Reports and blocking

Use BIKUBOO's report and block tools for harassment, threats, suspicious behaviour or other safety concerns. We may review reports and take actions such as restricting accounts, subject to applicable law and available evidence.

Emergency contacts

Keep emergency-contact information accurate. An emergency contact feature does not guarantee that BIKUBOO or another user will contact the person successfully in every situation.

Driver responsibilities

Drivers must hold the licence, vehicle documents, insurance and other permissions required by applicable law and must operate the vehicle safely. Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs or when too fatigued to drive safely.
